I thought I'd share a little bit about myself.

I embrace my soul's purpose as a healer and my soul's mission to educate, inspire and entertain others which I do on serval platforms!

As noted on the Home Page, I am both a Real Estate Agent and Intuitive Life Coach and I provide my services to many to include people and animals via my alternative health practice, Invigorate Your Essence, LLC.

These services include a variety of healing modalities, Ayurveda wellness education, hypnosis, spiritual cleansings, coaching, animal Reiki, certifications and workshops. I support you in building and maintaining your wellness/spiritual toolkit! You can also joint my little love Coco and me on Instagram where we have live mediation with our animals sessions!

Additionally, I am an author. I have a novel series that is a fictional account of my experience as a federal employee working at the Pentagon. I have also authored a children's picture book. Both have the theme of mindfulness, alternative healing and living a limitless life!

Having gone from a federal employee to Reiki Master Teacher, author and REALTOR®️, I am living proof that we can indeed MANIFEST OUR HEART'S DESIRES!
